Quality of Life Study – Myelofibrosis

This study concerns quality of life in patients with myelofibrosis. Information about how myelofibrosis and its treatment affect the lives of patients is important to help doctors and patients make decisions about treatment.

This study is being conducted by Dr. Murray Krahn, a scientist and professor at the University of Toronto and a general internist at the Toronto General Hospital. The study is funded by Sanofi-Aventis Canada Inc.

Importantly the study design makes it easier for patients to participate.  Please download the PDF link below and contact the study centre.  Your questionnaire will be mailed to you along with a self addressed stamped envelope for you to return to the study centre.

This is a great way for patients with Myelofibrosis to become involved in helping to drive improvements to treatment and care for themselves and fellow patients of myelofibrosis.
