Diary

A diary is a great place to work out your thoughts, fears and concerns. Hold nothing back. Take a few healing deep breaths and spill out your deepest thoughts.

You may want to start with how and when you were diagnosed. What was the day like, what was the weather like? Did you notice the time? Try to write about every detail that you can remember. The diary is an important tool in helping you through your journey. It will become your private sanctuary, the one place you can turn to when you need to deal with your emotions. It is also helpful to reread your diary before your visits to your doctor. It is just about you and your emotions, thoughts, wishes, dreams and aspirations.
